Job Duties

• Build simple and compound cable assemblies based on documentation including part numbers, wiring diagrams, length, and materials information
• Solder fine-pitch joints on backside of dense circular connectors
• Create consistent and reliable solder joints and wire crimps
• Electrically and visually QC newly created wires and tag them
• Follow inspection manuals and log inspections for registered ropes and cables

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• 2 years of soldering experience
• Effective written and verbal communication in English

Asset Qualifications

• Experience terminating coaxial cables with crimp connectors
• Experience with inspecting, measuring, cutting, and tying ropes (especially polyester)
• Experience with braiding and securing wire looms

Compensation

This position offers a salary range of $24.03 to $31.25 per hour. While the full range is posted for transparency, our target hiring rate for this role is typically at the midpoint of the range. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, education and relevant experience as they relate to the role.
